For neck pillow, I tried on my Alto journey Immediately after receiving of the neck pillow, I am not able to assess the comfort on my 2K journey. May be it’s a new thing for me but something was continuously bothering me at the start of the spine where neck gets attached.

Its a great addition to my ca, also eztremely soft on ur back of the head.. but I can't get it to stay since the velcro is only on part of the strap.. my cars headrest is a bit fatter .. and if I place it lower it bugs my upper back.. so my request to frido is pls add some more velcro to the length

Worst product quality & more so if you exchange your product they won’t send you exchange & keep your money … beware of these guys…. I bought 4 neck rest & got only 1 in exchange .. they are not even bother to return your money.. stay away from all these newcomers
