Story
It was a path shed taken countless times before “ a narrow strip of gravel, fringed by thorny scrub on one side and the open sea on the other, weaving between clumps of trees and the occasional rocky outcrop. When she was younger, her mother would often joke that her destiny was tied to that one path “ it was the same colour and had the same contours as the lines running through her palms.
But it had been many moons since shed last set foot down that path. The home that shed grown up in had been reduced to a bare shell. The boundary wall was a crumbling, sodden mess. A dark green canopy shrouded their patch of blue sky. Everything had changed, except her. Perhaps, it was time she moved on as well.
Blame it on old habits but she found herself wandering down the path, just like the old times. She thought about the many memories that were intertwined with that route and her heart brimmed with nameless bittersweet emotions. It was a walk shed never forget.

Description
Handloom cotton is handwoven by our weavers by hand on mechanical looms. The process is time and labour-intensive, using techniques that have been passed down across generations of artisans. The resultant fabric is extraordinarily soft, breathable and resilient, and also drapes very well. Using handloom cotton not only helps us to work with smaller weavers but also plays an important role in reducing the environmental footprint of the garments we produce. These dresses also feature delicate hand-embroidered details to make each piece truly memorable.
