★★★★★ Bad service and worst backpack

First of all the bag isn't the same quality as it's shown in the website it's looking cheap and secondly the service is bad as I issued a return request and then they didn't did anything to it and i got trouble as my 1000 rs were on the line for a shit backpack and I'm angry too because till now I haven't got any feedback or response from them they still haven't provided the refund...it's just all totally bad
