Shed never fancied herself as particularly athletic. In fact, it was on a whim that shed signed up for this trek that somehow happened to be one of the toughest in the world. Shed begun training for it only a month prior and it dawned on her, a little too late, that she had perhaps bitten off more than she could chew. But she was nothing if not brazen and she stuck through, making it all the way to the peaks basecamp. She encountered avalanches, blizzards, mild hypothermia and even a few panic attacks but she never gave up. And that trek proved to be a turning point in her life. It taught her the value of human spirit. Of trusting your teammates. And of never losing hope.

Description

Our ˜made in heaven mul cotton, is also known as mul mul in West Bengal. The fabric is buttery soft and has a delicate beauty. Its weave is very fine and this lends a very fluid texture to the fabric, which makes draping it a breeze. It truly is like a hug that wraps you in its love.
Handloom mul cotton is handwoven by our weavers by hand on mechanical looms. The process is time and labour-intensive, using techniques that have been passed down across generations of artisans. The resultant fabric is extraordinarily soft, breathable and resilient, and also drapes very well. Using handloom fabrics not only helps us to work with smaller weavers but also plays an important role in reducing the environmental footprint of the garments we produce.
