This work stages a quiet tension between containment and diffusion: a pale, stitched-like square holds the eye in a field of deeper violet, as if an inner room of thought has been gently quilted into being. The surface is built from tiny directional marks that behave like woven threads, producing a soft optical shimmer—order emerging from repetition, yet never settling into perfect symmetry. Lavender and purple act less as décor than as atmosphere, suggesting dusk-like introspection where boundaries are both protective and porous. In its humble geometry, the piece becomes a meditation on how memory is patterned—layered, repaired, and patiently reassembled through time.
