L'Ancetre - Organic 1 Year Old Cheddar, 200 g

This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 12 months. It has a firm texture with a distinctively nutty taste and fruity finish. It has a smooth, creamy yet slightly brittle texture, and may contain a few crystals.
