L'Ancetre - Organic Grated Parmesan, 125 g

This Italian cheese, made from unpasteurized organic milk, is aged for a minimum of 12 months. Its robust flavour with notes of salted butter, delicately fruity, will spice up your dishes.

It is recognizable by the color of its paste, similar to that of a crème brûlée. Gluten and lactose free, its slightly crumbly texture makes it easy to grate. It's perfect for au gratin and, of course, all your pasta dishes.
