A hand-woven wool dhurrie with pixelated geometric pattern β the grid of small squares laid in multicolor across a flatweave ground. Dhurries are woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets, suited to high-traffic areas. The pixel pattern β small modular blocks in blues, reds, yellows, greens β reads contemporary but is executed using traditional kilim flatweave techniques. Woven in Bhadohi in the Uttar Pradesh carpet belt, where dhurrie weaving has been practiced for generations. The multicolor palette holds together through repetition and scale. A flatweave with no pile, 100% wool.
