The powerful synergy of Shiva and Shakti is illustrated as one unified entity. The two mantras—‘Mahamrityunjaya' and ‘Sarv Mangal Mangalye’—portray Shiva and Shakti as forces of consciousness and energy respectively, embodying a non-dualistic essence where they mirror each other. The shirorekha (horizontal line that runs across the top of each letter) works as a connecting element between the two, and the sacred upward and downward triangles symbolise the masculine and feminine aspects harmoniously intertwined in a divine union.
