PLEASE NOTE TURN AROUND TIME IS UP TO 2 WEEKS, AS WE WILL ORDER YOUR BEEF QUARTER IN AND DRY AGE IT FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE CUTTING AND PACKING IT. Everything except bones, sausages and meatballs/hamburger patties are individually vac packed. Bones are bagged and sausages/meatballs/hamburger patties are tray packed and wrapped.
