Weight range: 27.5kg to 32.5kg. $21.95kg. PLEASE NOTE TURN AROUND TIME IS 2 to 3 WEEKS, AS WE WILL ORDER YOUR BEEF 1/8th IN AND DRY AGE IT FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE CUTTING AND PACKING IT. Everything except bones, sausages and meatballs/hamburger patties are individually vac packed. Bones are bagged and sausages/meatballs/hamburger patties are tray packed and wrapped.
