The sound of the MR-300 comes out from the sound hole independently by the partition inside the cover. For this reason, the original sound of the reed is transmitted from the sound hole to the front without waste. The cover has been replaced by the "hand" of performer. It can be felt that the tone changes more than ever by hand vibrato. In the playing method of the 10-hole harmonica, there are techniques called "overblow" and "overdraw" that raises by semitone. This advanced method has been said to be difficult to obtain loud sound, but the MR-300 by blocking the holes on the front and back, clearer and louder sound can be obtained than before.

The harmonica cover, body and reeds etc. are manufactured in-house, and the tuning and inspection are finely performed. The reedplate and the reed, which have been carefully designed and developed, have been made airtight to the utmost limit so that it sounds without air leakage.

How to hold Over Drive

There is no fixed way to hold it, but holding it in this way makes it easier to play.

When overblowing, raise and lower left index finger to cover sound holes from 1 to 6, and when overdrawing, raise and lower right thumb root to cover sound holes from 7 to 10.

If not overbrowing, overdrawing and not closing holes, you can enjoy playing in the same style as the conventional 10-hole harmonica.
