A hand-woven wool dhurrie in ivory and rust with kilim pattern β the two-tone palette laid in horizontal bands across a flatweave ground. Dhurries are woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets, easier to move and clean. The kilim technique layers geometric motifs in contained bands, the ivory and rust reading warm and earthy. Woven in Bhadohi or Mirzapur by dhurrie artisans working in the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. The rust anchors the geometry, the ivory keeps it from reading too heavy. Suited to spaces where warm tones ground the floor. 100% wool, flatweave.
