Olive Oil

Our Olive Oil is made from Hojiblanca olives, a premium Spanish variety known for its smooth, balanced flavour. We use fully ripe black olives, which naturally produce a milder and lighter-tasting oil. To keep the oil fresh and nutrient-rich, the olives are cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting, ensuring better quality and preserving their natural goodness.
