This painting constructs a metropolis from memory—clusters of house-like silhouettes and window grids suspended within a warm coral atmosphere, as if architecture has been distilled into pure sensation. The composition balances dense constellations against breathing voids, letting negative space function like streets of silence between neighborhoods of thought. Cool blues and slate greys interrupt the ember palette, creating a measured tension between intimacy and distance, shelter and exposure. In its layered, patchwork geometry, the work reads as a meditation on how communities accumulate: built from fragments, held together by invisible lines of connection.
