How To Use

<b>Step 1:</b> Cook ¼ cup rice + 1½ cup Toor dal + 1 cup vegetables + 3 cups water in a pressure cooker.<br> <b>Step 2:</b> Heat 1 Tbsp ghee in a pan. Add ½ tsp of mustard seeds+ 1 tbsp cashew + curry leaves and saute well.<br> <b>Step 3:</b> Add 3 tbsp tamarind pulp (1:5, tamarind: water) + pinch of turmeric powder + 1 tbsp of jaggery + 3-4 tbsp of Bisibele bath masala powder + salt and cook well.<br> <b>Step 4:</b> Transfer the masala to the pressure cooker + cook on low flame without lid.<br> <b>Step 5:</b> Add coriander leaves to garnish and Serve Hot.<br>
