How To Use

<b>Step 1:</b> Cook 3 tbsp. Toor dal + 3 cups water + 1/2 tsp oil + 1 pinch of turmeric powder.<br> <b>Step 2:</b> Add 300g cut vegetables + 1 cup water & cook.<br> <b>Step 3:</b> Add 1 tbsp sambar powder + 1/2 cup water to cooked dal and vegetables.<br> <b>Step 4:</b> Add 2½ tbsp. tamarind pulp (1:5 tamarind: water) + salt. Boil for 5 minutes.<br> <b>Step 5:</b> Heat 1/2 tbsp. oil in a pan & crackle 1/2 tsp mustard & curry leaves. Add to Sambar. Serve with Rice, Idli & Dosa.<br>
