Arranged as a stern nine-panel grid, the work stages a ritual of specimensβbird, heart, and other bodily formsβeach suspended in a blood-dark circular field that reads at once as halo, petri dish, and target. Against the frenetic ground of fragmented marks and paper-like debris, the clean circumference imposes a fragile order, turning anatomy into icon while hinting at cataloguing, consumption, and the quiet violence of classification. The restricted palette of reds and chalky whites amplifies a sense of urgency and intimacy, as if memory has been pressed into print and then rubbed raw. Moving from panel to panel, the repeated motif becomes a meditation on vulnerability: life rendered diagrammatic, yet stubbornly pulsing beneath the surface.
