Easy to remove and install. Takes up minimal space. I haven't had a problem with it untwisting or falling, I think that you would have to be a very poor observer to have that happen to you. Overall 5 stars, and I have owned several bars over the years.

I installed it slightly crooked but fantastic pull up bar. Holds at least 180lb when my boyfriend uses it so Im very comfortable to pull up on it daily with ease. My daughter uses it as well. It can loosen if you twist it a certain way while doing pull ups so we just do it one direction each time and we have no issues with it loosening
