But this mounting style makes for a higher bar height with almost no flex under load, compared to the traditional "J" shape bars (idk how to describe it).Also, it folds up really nicely, easy to tuck back into my closet, and deploys in seconds when I need it again.It comes with hard plastic white pads to avoid scuffing up the door frame for the bottom cross bar, but the top hooks have scuffed the paint above the door frame.
