This work stages an intimate encounter between figuration and dissolution: a profile emerges from a field of stippled atmospheres, as if memory itself were condensing into a face and then receding again. Cool aquas and mossy greens pool like breath in the lower register, while warm sienna sweeps cut across the ground, creating a rhythmic tension between tenderness and rupture. The lace-like cellular marks and drifting seed-forms suggest both protection and permeability, and the white, line-drawn blossoms read as quiet acts of namingβfragile declarations of growth pinned to a shifting inner landscape. In this suspended, layered space, the figure becomes less a portrait than a meditation on becoming, where identity is stitched together from pattern, flora, and residual light.
