Sancum (Depth Perception)

This work constructs a luminous lattice of interlocking planes, where saturated color-beams behave like architectural joints holding a vast, inward-falling space in suspension. The disciplined grid promises order, yet the soft, smoky shadows that pool toward the center undo certainty, turning geometry into a quiet vertigo of depth and retreat. By letting bright edges frame muted interiors, the artist stages a tension between external brilliance and interior doubt—an image of systems that dazzle at their surfaces while concealing an absorbing, almost meditative void.
