Gram Tara — Handwoven Gamcha Check Kurta

Woven in a fine gamcha check in warm amber and deep maroon, this kurta has the feeling of something made with care in a place where craft still matters. The check is tight and honest. The fabric is soft handloom cotton, breathable and skin-friendly. And at the hem — a wide woven stripe border in mustard, maroon and purple that runs the full width of the kurta, like the border of a grandmother's saree. The same border appears at the cuff. Everything considered, nothing wasted.

The silhouette is generous and flowing: a gathered yoke that opens into a wide A-line flare, falling to the calf. Round neckline with a simple centre button placket. Three-quarter sleeves. The kind of kurta you wear on the days when you want to feel grounded.
