• Medicinal Ingredients: *Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus - 1:5, QCE 40mg), *St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum - 1:5, QCE 40mg), *Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera -1:4, QCE 33.25mg), *Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosis - 1: 4, QCE 33.25mg), *Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis - 1:6, QCE 22.168mg), *Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora - 1:6, QCE 22.168mg), *Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis - 1:4, QCE 16.75mg). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Pure Spring Water, *Cane Alcohol. *Organic.

• Our Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits. Recommended Dose: Adults: 2-4 mL, 2 - 4 times per day. Use for a minimum of 7 days to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use. Cautions and Warnings: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are sensitive to iodine, or taking iodine supplements, or anti-anxiety or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, or if you have any type of acute infection.
