This work constructs a quiet architecture of memory from layered greys and weathered whites, where scraped textures and sutured seams suggest a surface repeatedly revised, as if time itself were being patched. A faint geometric triangle hovers like a schematic or omen, while the small red marks punctuate the muted field with the urgency of a distant signal in an otherwise hushed atmosphere. The composition’s stacked blocks and shutter-like lines read as thresholds—doors, windows, partitions—inviting the eye to navigate between concealment and revelation, stability and fracture. In the lower ochre plane, a fragile, almost hieroglyphic sign anchors the piece with a human trace, turning an abstract grid into a lived interior of resilience.
