A hand-woven wool dhurrie in blue and grey with kilim pattern β the two-tone geometry laid in horizontal bands across a flatweave ground. Dhurries are woven flat without pile, lighter than knotted carpets, easier to move and clean. The kilim technique layers geometric motifs in contained bands, the blue and grey reading cool and contained. Woven in Bhadohi or Mirzapur by dhurrie artisans working in the Uttar Pradesh flatweave tradition. The blue-grey palette suits contemporary interiors where cool tones ground the floor. 100% wool, flatweave.
