I appreciate the medical grade silicone�it feels very safe and soft, not rigid at all. The M size works perfectly for me. The ring stem is helpful for removal. I gave four stars because the thin plastic outer wrap protecting the product box was ripped when I received it. The inner contents were fine, thankfully.

The menstrual cup itself is fantastic. The medical grade silicone is soft, and the ring stem for removal is absolutely genius�it makes the process stress-free. However, the outer cardboard box arrived quite badly dented. Thankfully, the cup inside was protected by its own sealed pouch. Great product, just handle the shipping box better next time.
