It took about four days to ship which felt a bit slow, but once it arrived, I was very impressed. The silicone is soft and the L size fits securely. I was worried about the removal, but the ring stem made it painless. The product is wonderful, just wish shipping was faster!

The cup is super flexible and insertion was easy using the U-fold method. Giving 4 stars because the outer packaging box looked quite crushed when it arrived.
