'Nimbara' Varanasi silk brocade pants have all-over motifs of the Bengal Tiger in gold with black stripes, punctuated with black tigers with gold stripes. It is fastened with custom-made brass buttons with black enamel detailing.

BENGAL TIGER (Panthera tigris tigris)
It is estimated that there are less than 3,000 Bengal tigers left in the wild. They usually hunt at dusk and dawn, and their stripes help conceal them in the shadows of tall grasses. They stalk and pounce because they are not able to chase prey a long distance and can consume as much as 40 kg (88 lbs.) of meat in one feeding.
