Saint Joseph Holding Infant Jesus

Saint Joseph was the legal father of Lord Jesus and also considered the patron and protector of the Catholic Church. This wooden carving from Tamil Nadu depicts Saint Joseph holding an Infant Jesus in one hand, and lilies in another. The old collectible is in good condition, having undergone normal time related wear.
