Mysore painting of Sadashiva (or Mahasadashiva) by the artist K.S. Shreehari. This is the highest and most complex form of Shiva revealing his fivefold activities (panchakriya): creation, destruction, preservation, illusion, and bestowing grace. Around the frame are depicted garlanded lingams. In the middle at the top is Gajasamhara, and either side of him are Natarajas in different dance postures. On the left of Shiva, from top to bottom are Ardhanarishwara, Veerabhadra and Bhringi Rishi. On the right, from top to bottom, are Harihara, Kala Bhairava, and Nandishwara.
