A Buddha seated in Bhumisparsha Mudra is constructed from 108 scrap keyboards, forming eight quotes by the Enlightened One. Reincarnation reflects on mindfulness in the digital age, where attention is currency and distraction constant. We navigate endless streams of information, rarely inhabiting the present. The work explores the paradox of stillness within hyperconnectivity: though more linked than ever, our focus is fragmented. Here, stillness becomes an act of resistance. By transforming discarded tools of communication into a symbol of contemplation, the sculpture suggests that technologies fueling distraction can also foster awareness, urging mindfulness not outside the digital world, but within it.
