CoolTouch Halter Ruched Hem Bra Top

The halter shape looks clean with high-rise pants. I bought Chocolate Brown and it feels softer than black but still dressy.

The ruched hem keeps the top from looking like a basic tank. It also gives a little forgiveness at the waist, which I appreciate.

The cooling rib is soft and light. I wore it outside for dinner and did not feel overheated, though it is still a fitted top.
