Modal Halter Neck Surplice Ruched Bandless Bra Top

I wore it through dinner and a short walk afterward. The halter did not shift around, which was my main concern.

The hip length works nicely with midi skirts because it gives coverage but still shows the waist. I liked it with simple flat sandals.
