Woman with Water Pot

With exceptionally carved details, this figure of a woman with a water pot has been made to resemble the style and posture of the women in Raja Ravi Varma’s iconic paintings. Made of wood, this unique collectible is originally from Kerala. Dating back to the 1930s-1940s, the figure has undergone normal wear, and has small markings on the left shoulder with patches of paint loss in several places.
