



KARIPAN is part of our ceramic cookware range. This ceramic pan is completely hand-built from a combination of river clay and ground stone sourced from Longpi, in the North East of India. The hand-burnishing process used during the making of KARIPAN gives it a naturally non-stick surface making it ideal for slow cooking or one-pot everyday meals. Oils and ingredients are preserved while cooking as the pan recirculates moisture and preserves flavour. Our clay cooking pan can be used on both gas and electric hob and in the oven.
Each Longpi product is crafted by hand. Variations in color and texture are inherent characteristics of the material, not defects.
