This work stages a volatile meeting between fire and ocean: molten reds and ochres surge like a living crust, while an electric blue channel cuts through as a breath of clarity and escape. The cellular, marbled textures suggest matter in the act of becoming—pigment behaving like geology—where boundaries buckle, fuse, and reform under invisible pressure. A pale, flame-like flare hovers at the blue’s edge, turning the composition into a threshold image: creation and erosion entwined, as if the painting records a moment of transformation rather than a fixed place.
