Gm016 (Green Harmony)

A luminous field of acid greens and softened turquoises breathes like weather across the canvas, its veils of pigment alternating between opacity and haze to suggest a landscape remembered rather than seen. Two dark, broken horizontal bands act as sutures in the atmosphere—traces of horizon or fracture—holding the eye in a slow oscillation between calm and unease. The textured weave and scraped passages make the surface feel eroded and living, as if time has lifted layers to reveal submerged histories beneath the light. In this tension between radiance and bruise, the work becomes a meditation on renewal that never fully forgets what it has endured.
