Made with the finest olives and infused naturally to preserve the integrity of both the oil and the added flavours, these oils bring a gourmet touch to everyday cooking.

Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our varietals are seasonal and are subject to availability. We will inform you at the time of your order, which varietal is available. It will always be a mild or medium and is the most popular option with customers (the crowd pleaser!). 

Our varietal selection changes at least twice a year as we import the freshest from both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. 

Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Infused 

Infused with natural flavours these extra virgin olive oils are a customer favourite! Most customers who are building a flavour toolkit will usually include at least a citrus and an herbed olive oil.

Our vegan and gluten intolerant customers especially love our butter and pesto extra virgin olive oil as it is naturally flavoured to emulate the real thing without the use of dairy or nuts and are delicious!

Blood Orange Infused 

Made with the fresh oil and natural aromas of Italian Blood Oranges. Delightfully bright and zesty, this premium olive oil has a clean aroma and mouthfeel without bitterness. So versatile in both baking and savoury applications.

Note: We call the Blood Orange Olive Oil our magic oil at Della Terra as it pairs with almost any balsamic and adds a nice citrus lift for salad dressings or marinades.

    Reminiscent of the flavour of freshly churned butter from the green hills of Normandy. The texture is smooth and silky with delicate butter flavour. A remarkably delicious, dairy-free and vegan-friendly alternative to butter.

    • Blend with Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic to serve over squash
    • Pop or top Della Terra Popping Corn

    Natural chipotle pepper oil is added to our Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil to create deep, rich and smokey flavour. This well balanced infusion has a hint of hickory and gentle heat. Heat index: 2/10.

    • Add to salsa with Mango or Passion Fruit

    Our all natural Pressato extra virgin olive oil is produced by crushing the olives and the herb or pepper simultaneously in the same press at the time of crushing without the use of any added essences.

    Please note: due to the limited production of the Pressato olive oils, they are seasonal and subject to maximum order restrictions.

    Basil Pressato
    This extremely aromatic olive oil has the true vibrant characteristics of freshly chopped basil. A refreshing bouquet with bright, herbal flavour. Enhances Mediterranean or Thai cuisine.

    Harvested and produced using traditional granite millstones in Italy, this all natural Basil Pressato Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by crushing the olives and basil simultaneously in the same press without the use of any added essences. This process allows for the essential oils from the basil to harmonize with the oil. Made from Coratina olives.

    • Drizzle over bruschetta with Pinot Noir White Balsamic
    • Use in place of butter or oil in zucchini bread

    Produced in the Murcia region of Spain, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by crushing Arbequina olives and cayenne peppers simultaneously in the same press allowing the essential oils from the peppers to harmonize with the olive oil. A long lasting heat and spicy sensation that builds towards the finish. This pepper is a staple in Mexican, African, Middle-Eastern, Asian and Southern American cuisine. Very versatile and is fantastic over oven-roasted cauliflower steaks or drizzled over creamy soups.

    Custom crushed in Murcia, Spain this oil has high aromas of fresh jalapeño pepper and garden aromas with an unmistakable olive fruitiness and pristine mouthfeel. The aroma is off the charts with complex and balanced flavours of hot, tangy, and fruity green jalapeño pepper flavours. Upon tasting, the flavours instantly release into a bouquet of spicy, mouthwatering jalapeño spicy sensations. While not as hot as our red cayenne, the spicy green pepper mouthfeel lingers in a pleasant way similar to other pressato-style olive oils without the intense burn.
