This work immerses the viewer in a saturated field of crimson where layered veils of pigment feel less like color than atmosphereβdense, heated, and quietly consuming. Subtle shifts in value and translucent passages create a sense of depth without declaring a horizon, as if space is being built and erased in the same breath. The darker, fractured forms press in like memories surfacing through stain and abrasion, suggesting a narrative of restraint and rupture held within a single, unrelenting hue. What emerges is an emotional architecture: a meditation on intensity, desire, and the fragile boundary between containment and overflow.
