This work stages a village as a luminous patchwork of lived interiors, where bold planes of cobalt and sunlit yellow turn architecture into a map of memory rather than mere construction. The assertive black contours stitch rooms, stairways, and facades into a single breathing organism, suggesting community as an interlocking system of private warmth and shared passage. Around it, the landscape recedes into spare linework—mountains and fields held in quiet suspension—so that the saturated core reads like a concentrated heartbeat of human presence against the wider, indifferent terrain. In this tension between schematic outline and exuberant color, the piece proposes “environment” as both shelter and psyche: a place built, inhabited, and continually reimagined.
