In stark black against a field of white, the work builds a hypnotic architecture of undulating bands, where repetition becomes both lullaby and pressureβlike tides stacking into a dense, breathless sky. Two spiked, eye-like discs interrupt the flow, suggesting watchfulness within the pattern: one holds a crescent void, the other a blank aperture, as if the image oscillates between dream and surveillance. The wavering negative spaces act as thin seams of light, turning absence into illumination and implying that order here is never fixed, only continually re-negotiated. What emerges is a quiet cosmology of rhythm and rupture, where the simplest forms carry the unease of being observed by the very systems that soothe us.
