Usage

Can be eaten as an everyday meal with accompaniment of curries, daal or prepared as fried rice with seasoning of all vegetables, also tastes exceptional with curds. For cooking the rice, wash and soak it in hot water for an hour and then pressure cook for 6-8 whistles.
