'Nazneen' purple Varanasi silk brocade sari is drawn from our textile archives, made using the elaborate Kadwa technique, where each motif is woven separately in a 'jangla' pattern. It features the play of 'meenakari' on the trellis of flowers, inspired by printed textiles such as kalamkari chintz depicting flora and fauna.
Blouse worn by the model is not included.
Natural variations in colours and weave are part of the textile, as it is handwoven.
