Pricing is based on standardised living room size to keep billing simple and predictable.

➤ Medium Living Room (Large 2BHK / Compact 3BHK) – approx. wall area ~680 sq.ft
➤ Large Living + Dining (Premium 3BHK / L-Shaped) – approx. wall area ~920 sq.ft

Entry passage and foyer areas connected to the living room are included in these slabs.

🎯 CEILING PAINTING 

➤ Ceiling finish: White Tractor Emulsion is included in the package price.
If ceiling painting is not required, a fixed discount will be applied based on living room size.

📌 STANDARD DEDUCTION (ALREADY APPLIED)

All prices shown already include a standard deduction of 5%,
accounting for common fixed elements typically found in living rooms such as TV units, cabinets, and partial wall coverage.

⚠️ SEEPAGE / DAMP WALL POLICY

If seepage, dampness, or moisture is present:

➤ Seepage treatment (if required): ₹2,250
➤ Heavy wall breakage (if required): ₹1,899 extra

Painting on untreated seepage or damp walls is not covered under warranty.
