➤ Plastering, damp repair, or waterproofing work

A separate quotation is shared if any of the above are required.

⚠️ SEEPAGE / DAMP WALL POLICY

If seepage, dampness, or moisture is identified:

➤ Seepage treatment may be required (chargeable, only if needed)
➤ Painting on untreated seepage-affected walls is not covered under warranty

What the Warranty Covers

➤ Visible defects directly related to painting application

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

➤ Natural wear and tear over time
➤ Hairline cracks, structural cracks, or plaster movement
➤ Dampness, seepage, leakage, or moisture-related issues
➤ Damage caused by external factors such as water leaks, drilling, impact, or renovations
➤ Colour fading or shade variation due to sunlight, heat, or environmental conditions
➤ Painting done over untreated seepage or damp walls

Warranty Conditions

➤ Warranty is valid only for the paint scope executed by Drizz
➤ Any additional work or modification done by third parties voids the warranty for the affected area
➤ Issues must be reported within the warranty period for evaluation
