Bedroom pricing is based on a single standard size slab to ensure consistency and fair billing.

➤ Ceiling area considered: ~120 sq.ft

Attached toilets, dress areas, balconies, and passages are not included.

📌 STANDARD DEDUCTION (ALREADY APPLIED)

All prices shown already include a standard deduction of 5%,
accounting for typical fixed elements commonly found in bedrooms such as wardrobes and storage units.

🎯 CEILING PAINTING POLICY

➤ Ceiling painting is included by default
➤ Ceiling finish: White Tractor Emulsion

If Ceiling Painting Is Not Required

➤ A flat ₹1,500 deduction per bedroom is applied to the package price
➤ This deduction applies to all paint types and painting conditions

No other ceiling-related deductions are applicable.

⚠️ SEEPAGE / DAMP WALL POLICY

If seepage, dampness, or moisture is present:

➤ Seepage treatment (if required): ₹2,999
➤ Heavy wall breakage (if required): ₹1,999 extra

Painting on untreated seepage or damp walls is not covered under warranty.
