Rust-Oleum NeverWet is a superhydrophobic coating system designed to create a protective barrier to repel water, ice, mud and other liquids. This revolutionary coating causes water to form nearly perfect spheres which roll off the surface keeping assets clean and dry. NeverWet can be used on metal, concrete, masonry, wood, vinyl and more. This product can be used indoors and out. NeverWet coating sprays on clear and dries to a flat light haze.

NOTE: It is not allowed to send this item through air mode. Surface mode is enabled for the same. Thus, shipping will be done through surface.

How to Apply NeverWet Industrial Liquid Repelling Treatment?

Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dirt, oil, grease, wax, dust, chalk, rust or any other contaminants that may prevent proper adhesion. Remove all loose or peeling paint. Plaster, concrete block, concrete and masonry surfaces must be cured. Remove all form release and curing agents.

Application

Mix basecoat thoroughly with a powered mixer or paint shaker. Stir often during use. Thoroughly shake topcoat before use. Remove lid with care. Apply only when air and surface temperatures are between 50-90°F (10-32°C) and the relative humidity is not greater than 85%. Dry times may be affected by extremely high or low relative humidity.

Base Coat - Spray apply a continuous wet film free from sags and runs. Wait 45 minutes.

Top Coat - Spray apply several light coats until a cloudy, slightly hazy film is evident. Water repellency will start after 30 minutes with optimum performance after 12 hours.
