Rust-Oleum NeverWet Liquid Repelling Treatment Spray Kit is manufactured to stop the damages which occurs due to moisture such as rust, corrosion, fading etc. This liquid repellent spray repels mud, ice, water and other liquids from metals, wood, plastic, fiberglass, masonry, canvas, concrete and more. In order create moisture repelling barrier, you need to apply base coat and then top coat. This is suitable to use for interior and exterior surface.
NOTE: It is not allowed to send this item through air mode. Surface mode is enabled for the same. Thus, shipping will be done through surface.

How to Apply industrial NeverWet Liquid Repelling Treatment Spray Kit
Surface Preparation
Remove all dirt, grease, oil, salt and chemical contaminants by washing the surface with a commercial detergent, or other suitable cleaning method. Rinse with fresh water and allow to thoroughly dry. Remove loose paint and rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. Lightly sand glossy surfaces to create a surface profile.
Application
Use in a well ventilated area when the temperature is between 50ºF (10ºC) and 90ºF (32ºC) and humidity is below 85% to ensure proper drying. Avoid application in very windy and dusty conditions. Protect surrounding surfaces from overspray. Overspray can carry a significant distance.
Base Coat Application - Shake the can vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. If mixing ball fails to rattle DO NOT STRIKE CAN. Contact Rust-Oleum. A test pattern on cardboard is recommended to obtain a feel for the spray pattern. Hold can upright 6- 12” from surface and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Continue to shake the can between passes. Keep the can the same distance from the surface. Keep the can in motion while spraying. Apply two or more base coats a few minutes apart. Allow to dry for at least 30 minutes before applying the topcoat. DO NOT USE NEAR OPEN FLAME.
Top Coat Application - Shake the can vigorously for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. If mixing ball fails to rattle DO NOT STRIKE CAN. Contact Rust-Oleum. A test pattern on cardboard is recommended to obtain a feel for the spray pattern. Hold can upright 6- 12” from surface and spray in one steady pass. Avoid soaking the surface. Stop and wait for each pass to dry for 1-2 minutes. Three or four coats will give optimum results. Do not apply any other topcoat other than NeverWet as it will lose its moisture repellent properties.
