White Balsamic Vinegar offers a lighter, more delicate alternative to its dark counterpart, with a smooth and tangy profile that enhances without overpowering. 

Produced from high-quality white grapes this versatile vinegar retains the fruity, floral notes typical of traditional balsamic while maintaining a cleaner, more translucent appearance. Perfect for salad dressings, vinaigrettes, seafood dishes, drinks or as a finishing touch on fresh vegetables, its subtle flavour makes it a favourite among chefs and food creators.

Natural coconut extract blended with our high quality white balsamic base give this vinegar a sweet, distinct flavour that is truly reminiscent of fresh shaved coconut. The creamy and velvety texture of this vinegar is brightened by a slightly tangy finish. Excellent when combined with Toasted Sesame Seed oil to marinate swordfish, but it is just as good when used to make coconut panna cotta.
